Hubbell Power Systems is Hiring a CNC Operator Near Leeds, AL
Job Description:
- Inspect cutting tools
- Check parts using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Load machine programs as noted in work instructions
- Setup CNC machine (Okuma/Lathe) tool and supporting equipment as required by work instructions
Qualifications:
- Recognize and maintain relevant tolerances called out on work orders and/or drawings
- Touch off tooling to perform set ups and avoid machine crashes
- Correctly sign off on 1st piece/last piece quality inspections
- Recognize any machine/tooling/program issues and report accordingly
- Perform secondary machine setups required to run cell
- Accurately use any required machine measuring device
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.55 per hour
